Bonjour! I'm Julie, a 50 something Toronto-based Personal Trainer, an Active Aging Specialist and an all-around movement enthusiast ready to help you at your next health & wellness crossroads.
Prior to my fitness career, I spent several decades coaching management teams to successfully deliver complex programs across both the financial and television production industries.
So, if you're going through a transition, I can relate. Change can be tough, intimidating yet exciting and ultimately have a positive impact on your sense of self-worth, mood and longevity.
I have a hungry brain and enjoy continuous learning, exploring
new ideas, solving problems and slurping fresh maple syrup.
I've received focused training and wisdom from mentors in ballet, gymnastics, martial arts, rock climbing, running, Pilates,
swimming and weight training - to name just a few.
Embracing new activities has helped me stay functionally fit,
supple and strong throughout my life. I continue to grow my body of exercise knowledge so my clients can move with
more ease, less pain and rediscover their sense of joy.
When not groovin' with my awesome clients (aka "Explorers"), you can find me asking a lot of questions about well, pretty much everything. I enjoy hiking with my family, gardening, practicing wildlife photography and taking in the great outdoors. Nature grounds, soothes and re-energizes my soul so I can keep giving back.
